Accessed directly from the HRMS Dashboard, HR Director's Timesheet feature provides the ability to track the employees work hours by Rig/Job/ Site location. The time accumulated along with associated Work Codes and General Ledger Codes can be exported to the Sage 50 Accounting Software for payroll processing, and benefits tracking.
Tracking the man hours and enables HR Director to produce extensive reporting, including:
- Employee Days Worked
- Experience Summary
- Monthly Manhours
- Safety Days
- TRIF (Total Recordable Incident Frequency) rate
- Timesheet Export to Sage 50.
